Introduction

By accessing or using our website, services, or content, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).

Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations when working with us.

Falacade Studios LLC provides creative services, including but not limited to:

All services are provided under individual agreements or proposals, specifying scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Payment terms must be agreed upon before the start of each project.
A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% of the total project cost is required before any work begins. The deposit secures the project timeline and confirms the client’s commitment.
Late payments may incur additional administrative fees.
Final deliverables will not be released until full payment is received.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files. Once the final payment is received, all design files and rights will be transferred to the client.

All creative materials produced by Falacade Studios LLC remain our property until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as edited photos, designs, or campaigns) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Falacade Studios LLC retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Provide accurate, timely information required for project completion.
Secure all necessary permissions, model releases, or third-party approvals for materials used.
Respect the intellectual property and usage rights defined in these Terms.

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposits and partially completed work are non-refundable.
Rescheduling of photography sessions is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
If the client cancels the project after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if Falacade Studios cancels or cannot complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Falacade Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (including but not limited to engagement, traffic, or revenue performance).
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

Users may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or perform actions that may damage our systems or reputation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved within its courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
