Introduction

Services

Falacade Studios provides creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Photography & Videography

  • Graphic Design & Branding

  • Social Media Management & Digital Marketing

  • Website Design & Content Support

All services are provided under individual agreements, proposals, or contracts, which specify scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Payments & Fees

  • Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of each project.

  • Deposits, when required, are non-refundable.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Services will not be delivered until payments are received in accordance with agreed terms.

Intellectual Property

  • All creative materials produced by Falacade Studios remain our property until full payment has been received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (such as edited photos, designs, or campaigns) is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified.

  • We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information needed for the completion of services.

  • Obtain any required permissions, model releases, or third-party approvals for use of materials.

  • Respect usage rights outlined in this agreement.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • Deposits and partially completed services are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling of photography sessions is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Limitation of Liability

  • Falacade Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • While we make every effort to deliver high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales increases, engagement growth, etc.).

Account & Website Use

  • Users may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that may harm our systems or reputation.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pennsylvania.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after updates means you accept the new terms.
