By accessing or using our website, services, or content, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).

Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations when working with us.

Payments & Fees

Payment terms must be agreed upon before the start of each project.
A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before any work begins. The deposit secures the project date and confirms the client's commitment. Deposit refund terms are described in Refunds & Cancellations below.
Late payments may incur additional administrative fees.
Final deliverables will not be released until full payment is received.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before delivery of final files. Once final payment is received, the client receives the usage rights described in the Intellectual Property section below.

Intellectual Property

All creative materials produced by Falacade Studios LLC remain our property until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, the client receives a full commercial usage license for final deliverables — website, social media, marketing, and print. Falacade Studios LLC retains copyright in photographic works unless a written buyout is agreed.
Final, retouched files are the deliverable; RAW and unedited files are not provided. - Falacade Studios LLC retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, website, or marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, timely information required for project completion.
Secure all necessary permissions, model releases, or third-party approvals for materials used.
Respect the intellectual property and usage rights defined in these Terms.

Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session or project start receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
One reschedule is included free of charge with at least 5 days' notice; additional reschedules are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
If the client cancels after work has started, the deposit and payment for completed work are non-refundable.
If Falacade Studios cancels or cannot complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

Falacade Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (including but not limited to engagement, traffic, or revenue performance).
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

Account & Website Use

Users may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or perform actions that may damage our systems or reputation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

File Delivery & Archiving

Final files are delivered via a private online gallery or download link. - Delivered files are archived for 12 months after delivery. We recommend clients keep their own backups; retrieval after the archive period is not guaranteed.

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
